Harvest Coffee Community is delighted to be able to host many different meetings and events right inside the shop! If you are looking for a venue to hold a special event, a team meeting, a group, or even a party, we invite you to come check out Harvest Coffee Co. room rentals. We have multiple small and large rooms that can hold up to 70 people. Our baristas are trained and ready to host your event and cater to any special request.
Some of the events we can host include bridal showers, business parties/events, employee appreciation parties, Christmas parties, after-funeral fellowships, and church small groups/events. There are many amazing ways to utilize our space, and we would love to help you with your event idea.

Additional $5 dollars
Events must be concluded within scheduled reservation times to allow for cleaning and set-up of facilities for the next scheduled event.
Renters are responsible for clearing off all tables and depositing all trash in the receptacles provided by Harvest Coffee.
Renters will be held responsible for all damage, loss, or destruction to Harvest Coffee property or equipment related to renter’s use.

Reservations can be made over the phone, online, or in-person.
Class room rental must be paid at least 24 hrs before the event.
Large sanctuary deposit must be paid at least 5 days prior to the event.
The entire coffee shop rental deposit must be made at least 1 week prior to the event. Remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Must give at least 72 hours notice to cancel Large Sanctuary or will be charged at least the deposit.
Must give at least 72 hours notice to cancel entire coffee shop rental or will be charged at least the deposit.
Harvest Coffee reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Most refunds will be issued in the form of a credit towards a future room rental.
